- Introduce and Create awareness on newly launched Western Union Online Application.
- Persuade customers to install the App and Register and to learn them on how to use it.

Action
- 3X3 booth was installed at one of the biggest malls in Kuwait with the highest footfall
- Different ethnicity promoters were deployed to be able to reach to different customers of different nationality
- Promoters were trained on how to convince the customers to register and rest of the procedures after registration
- Handling the coupons and the instant gifts to the consumers after registration
Result
- Customers were comfortable to speak to promoter of same nationality as it was easier to communicate on how to register, etc
- Instant prizes encouraged many customers to register
- Almost all the customers who were approached and educated on the benefit of WU Online App registered rightaway (80% of the total contacts were actually registered).
- Massive increase in the transactions after the online launch because customers found it easier and economic way to transfer.
- We have conducted 3 more waves for the same campaign after the great success of the launch.
