  • Handling the coupons and the instant gifts to the consumers after registration

  • Customers were comfortable to speak to promoter of same nationality as it was easier to communicate on how to register, etc
  • Instant prizes encouraged many customers to register
  • Almost all the customers who were approached and educated on the benefit of WU Online App registered rightaway (80% of the total contacts were actually registered).
  • Massive increase in the transactions after the online launch because customers found it easier and economic way to transfer.
